WORSHIP
Worship is at the heart of who we are—a space to connect with God and point others toward Him. If you sing or play an instrument and have a heart for leading people into God’s presence, we’d love to get to know you. Worship is more than music—it’s helping create a space where people encounter Jesus.
ANCHOR KIDS
If you love seeing little ones come alive while learning about Jesus, this team is for you. We’re looking for people who care about kids and want to create safe, fun, faith-filled environments for nursery through 4th grade.
PRAYER
We believe in the power of prayer—and we want people to know they’re never alone. Our Prayer Team helps create space for people to receive prayer during and after services.
HOSPITALITY
From the moment someone walks up to our door, we want them to feel at home. Our Hospitality Team offers coffee, warm welcomes, and answers to practical questions—often making the first impression for someone’s entire church experience.
TECH
Our Tech Team makes everything behind the scenes work smoothly so people can engage fully in worship and teaching. From running slides and sound to managing our livestream, you’ll be part of creating meaningful experiences. No prior experience needed—just a willingness to learn and serve.
YOUTH
Nautilus (High School) and Nautilus Rising (Middle School) are all about helping students follow Jesus in real, everyday ways. This team shows up to guide, support, and cheer teens on as they grow in faith and navigate life.
FACILITIES
Whether it’s setting or cleaning up rooms, fixing a leaky faucet, or helping keep our space safe and functional, this behind-the-scenes team makes so many things possible.
EVENTS
Love to plan, decorate, or help things run smoothly? Our Events Team helps bring gatherings to life—from community meals to holiday celebrations to one-off church events.
COMMUNITY & PRESCHOOL ENGAGEMENT
We’re passionate about being a church for our neighborhood. This team finds meaningful ways to serve both our surrounding community and our friends at North Park Community Preschool, which meets in our building. Whether it’s hosting events or showing up for local needs, this is a great place to make a tangible impact.
